- Flavor Selection: 1. Yes, they have maple as well as chocolate/vanilla and a 4th option which rotates between fairly traditional offerings (black raspberry, strawberry, etc...)
- Value: 1. Gas stations have the best value creemees. Ideally they are staffed by high schoolers who do not care if the business lives or dies. As the summer goes along, they learn that big pours equal big tips and the value gets better and better. Crossroads is great in this respect, and in all others.
- Texture: 2. I have never had a remotely icy creemee here. I think once or twice they've been too soft but that was an equipment issue and you can't expect stoned teens to tinker with the machinary. That being said, these are not high-end high-fat creemees.
- Flavor: 1. I am showing incredible restraint not giving Crossroads top marks in all categories. This is how you know this is a trustworthy guide. They use Kingdom Creamery maple which is, I think, the baseline for real maple which all others must meet or exceed.
- Window: 1. Buying a creemee indoors is repulsive. I might make this category worth more. Outdoor creemee lines are third spaces.
- Bonus: 1. If too many places get better scores than Crossroads I will change the entire scoring rubrik or delete the website. Of course it gets a bonus.
